This website vijeshsuthar.com is owned and operated by Jai Enterprises, a proprietorship firm of Vijesh Kumar, registered in Rajasthan, India, with its principal place of business at Osian, Jodhpur (referred to as "we", "us", "the Seller"). By visiting this website or purchasing any product from it, you ("the Customer") agree to the terms written below. Please read them before you place an order.

1. What we sell

We publish and sell digital educational ebooks in Hindi for small business owners — shopkeepers, retailers, salon and boutique owners, repair shops and other local businesses in India. Our main product is the Dukandar Growth System, an 89-page Hindi PDF guide with a practical workbook that teaches a step-by-step method to bring more customers to a small shop.

All products sold on this website are digital goods delivered electronically by email. No physical item is shipped.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax. Our GSTIN is 08DHDPK0604P2Z7. We may change prices, run offers or withdraw an offer at any time. The price shown on the checkout page at the moment of payment is the price that applies to your order.

3. Placing an order

To buy, you enter your name, email address and mobile number on our checkout page and complete the payment. You must provide a correct and working email address, because your product is delivered to that address. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by a wrong or misspelled email address supplied by you.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our authorised payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and wallets, as offered by the gateway.

We do not store or have access to your card, UPI or banking details — those are handled entirely by the payment gateway on its own PCI-compliant systems.

If the amount is debited from your account but the order is not confirmed, please write to us with the transaction reference and we will verify and either deliver the product or arrange a refund of the full amount.

5. Delivery

The download link and PDF file are sent to your email address automatically after successful payment, normally within 15 minutes and in any case within 24 hours. Full details are on our Shipping and Delivery Policy page.

6. Licence to use — what you may and may not do

When you buy our ebook you receive a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use and for your own business. You may read it, print one copy for yourself, and apply everything in it to your own shop or business.

You may not:

• resell, rent, share, upload, forward or distribute the PDF or any part of it;
• copy the content into your own book, course, video or website;
• remove the copyright notice or claim the material as your own.

All content, text, design, illustrations and templates in our products are the intellectual property of Jai Enterprises and are protected under Indian copyright law.

7. No guarantee of income or results

Our ebook is an educational guide. It explains methods that have worked for small shops and gives you a practical, step-by-step plan to follow. It is not a promise of income, profit, sales or business results. Your results depend on your own shop, your market, your effort and how consistently you apply the steps. 8. Refunds and cancellations

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy before buying. That policy forms part of these Terms.

9. Customer conduct

You agree not to misuse this website, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose. We may cancel an order and withhold delivery if we detect fraud, a chargeback attempt or misuse.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with a product or this website is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and it applies to orders placed after that date.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
