Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. What you receive

After a successful payment you receive an email containing:

• the Dukandar Growth System PDF (89 pages, Hindi, including the practical workbook);
• the AI se Meta Ads Guide PDF, if you selected that optional add-on at checkout;
• a link to join our WhatsApp community for buyers;
• your order confirmation.

2. Delivery time

In rare cases — a slow bank confirmation, or a busy mail server — delivery can take longer. Our guaranteed maximum is 24 hours from a successful payment.

3. Delivery charges

There are no delivery, shipping, handling or courier charges. The price you see at checkout is the total amount payable, inclusive of GST.

4. Where we deliver

We deliver worldwide, because delivery is by email. Our products are written in Hindi and are made for shop and small business owners in India.

5. If your ebook does not arrive

Please follow these steps before contacting us — this solves it in almost every case:

1. Check the Spam, Promotions and Updates folders of the email account you used at checkout.
2. Search your inbox for "Dukandar" or "Jai Enterprises".
3. Confirm that the email address you typed at checkout was correct.
4. Wait a full 30 minutes and refresh your inbox.

If it is still missing, write to jaicomputerosian@gmail.com with your order email and payment reference. We will send the file manually within 24 hours. If we cannot deliver it, you get a full refund under our Refund Policy.

6. Wrong email address at checkout

If you realise you typed the wrong email, contact us with your payment reference and the correct address. We will resend the file to the corrected address at no extra cost.

7. Re-downloading your file

Keep the delivery email — the download link in it stays valid. If you lose it, write to us from the email address you used at checkout and we will resend the link.
