Jai Enterprises ("we", "us") operates the website vijeshsuthar.com, where we sell Hindi digital ebooks for small business owners in India. We respect your privacy and we collect only the information we actually need to deliver your purchase and support you. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us when you buy or subscribe:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your mobile number
• Details of what you ordered and the amount paid

Information collected automatically when you browse the site: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time spent, and the source you arrived from. This is standard web and analytics data.

What we never collect or store: we do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking password or any other payment credential. Payments are handled entirely on the secure systems of our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.

• To deliver your ebook to your email address and give you access to your download
• To send your order confirmation and GST invoice
• To answer your questions and provide customer support
